Why are the paint products so bad in Costa Rica

Would like to hear feed back from anyone.

My guess is that the paint companies are padding their profits by watering the paint down. They do this with a wide range of products (including soft drinks, milk, juice and ESPECIALLY gasoline-Shell currently has a class action suit against them for this) because there are no regulatory agencies in place to enforce any quality standards. Have an analysis of the paint done by a chemical laboratory to see if this is what's going on.

Hell, by the way, is accused of adding up to 5% water to their gasoline. For math wizzes out there, that means for every 10 gallons you're getting a half gallon of water. That's why you have to use so many additives down there to keep your car running as it should.

If you want to know if your getting watered down gas, fill a clear container up and wait for it to separate. If they're adding water, you'll see the water settle at the bottom.

Good replys, For the most part the main arclic binding agent ie...which makesit stick to surfaces and not crack is manufactured by the petro chemical process. That is the oil refinery process the bi product is the main binding agent. Costa Rica has no manufacturing capacity for oil refinery so that is the answer.
I am bringing in stuccos and interior textures and found that out on my trip to Korea.

Learning from experience, I'd rather have water than what many other gas stations provide. I've had to have the gas tank of my Jeep removed three times to have shit cleaned out. It was recommended to me, and I haven't had any problems since, only filling up at Shell.

Please take time and bash my claim..I will give you facts and figures on the make up of paints and stuccos its the same chemical process. And yes there is a big untapped market concerning stuccos.
